When one looks at the composition of Visual Arts collectives in South Africa one has to ask the question "Why are so few men involved?" This has not always been the case so what has happend to the men? Are they no longer intersted in Art and Culture or are there other reasons?

It doesn't seem as if there are in fact any men out there, or else they are too coy to say anything?
